Show us your ACFEA concert tour photos, and you could win up to $500!
How to play:
Submit photos from your ACFEA concert tour by social media or email:
- Facebook. Like the ACFEA Tour Consultants page (https://www.facebook.com/acfea). Post the photo to our wall and tag ACFEA. Add the hashtag #acfea2015contest
- Instagram. Follow ACFEA Tour Consultants (http://instagram.com/acfea). Post the photo and tag ACFEA. Add the hashtag #acfea2015contest. If you wish to keep your Instagram account private, please either email your pictures to photocontest@acfea.comor post them to our Facebook page.
- Email. Send us your photo by email to photocontest@acfea.com. In the body of your message give us a short description of the photo along with your name and group’s name so we can post it on your behalf.
Eligibility:
Photos taken on ACFEA tours that depart between September 1, 2014 and August 31, 2015 are eligible. The photo must be taken during your tour. Submit photos anytime during or after your tour. All entries must be submitted by September 15, 2015. Photos taken by a professional photographer hired by a group to take photos, ACFEA staff members or any paid affiliate of ACFEA (guides, couriers, etc.) are not eligible.
Categories and Finalists:
After September 15, 2015, the ACFEA North American staff will narrow the field of finalists and sort them into 5 categories.
Categories will include:
1. Concerts – Photos of your group in performance
2. Selfies – Photos of you and other tour members
3. Scenery and Cities – Photos of the places you visit
4. Group Shots (non-selfies) – Photos of your group on tour at memorable sites or moments
5. Spirit of Touring – Photos that capture the ethos of why ensembles go on tour
Voting and Prizes:
We’ll post the finalists to our Facebook page around September 30, 2015, where our Facebook followers will then have the opportunity to vote their favorites in each category. The photo with the most votes in each category will receive a $100 Visa gift card and the travel guidebook of his or her choice (up to a $40 value). Note: You may submit as many photos as you like and but an individual may only win one prize.
Once the category winners have been selected, ACFEA Global and North American staff will pick their favorite to determine the overall Grand Prize winner, who will receive an additional $400 Visa gift card. We’ll announce the winning photo – and its lucky photographer – on October 15, 2015.
