At 6:00 am, you’ll find me: At Kathy Casey’s Dish D’Lish. Their tasty Denver Strata, sort of a savory bread pudding, happens to be one of the best bargains at the airport.
Best last-minute souvenir ideas: Fran’s Smoked Salt Caramels, dried Chukar Cherries, hand-blown glass ornaments containing ash from Mount St. Helens
Favorite stop: The Dilettante Mocha Café is amazing for a sweet treat. I won’t say how many of their “Mocha Club” punch cards I’ve filled, but my favorite is the extra dark chocolate mocha.
An interesting SeaTac tidbit: There is a shop that will store frozen fish! Maybe after a successful salmon fishing expedition in Alaska?
