Virginia Children’s Chorus 2011 Concert Tour of The United Kingdom and France

The Virginia Children’s Chorus performed Carmina Burana in London’s Royal Albert Hall in July, 2011. The large chorus, made up of 1,834 singers from 12 countries, sang under the direction of the renowned British conductor Brian Kay. The concert was a highlight of their tour: “It was a dream to sing with Brian!” Artistic Director Carol T. Downing said.
